So remember when we were all saying that a 20% infection rate is the herd immunity threshold?
It certainly sucks, but it appears we might have been wrong about that assumption. Later in this year, the incidence seems to have picked up again. It definitely may have looked like the pandemic was petering out 2-3 months ago, but with the current uptick in cases and all, I’m not entirely sure if there really has been herd immunity.
Now, this might be distressing for you all, but it’s always important to make sure our arguments are right, and not just fabricated to suit our narrative. I guess we can’t be right about everything, now, can we?
